I am working with Rishabh software in the engineering division for the past 9 months and my experience has been nothing less than great. This place is an excellent platform to learn and grow in your professional career. It gives a collective environment and also offers a great work-life balance. It is one of the best organizations to work.

I am associated with Rishabh for one year now and the learning curve has been tremendous. We get multiple opportunities to upgrade our skills. Also, the flexibility in terms of work and office hours is something that is cherry on the cake!

I have been working with Rishabh Software since July 2019 and my experience has been nothing less than amazing. The company provides flexible policies, open work culture, and overall a great working environment. Also, I have extremely helpful co-workers who support me always.

I started my journey with Rishabh as a fresher 8 years ago. Rishabh, as an organization, is a great place to learn, develop, and innovate new things for the clients. I always get the opportunity to provide new ideas and go the extra mile to satisfy the client's needs. When you are learning or developing creative solutions, flexibility in timing is the key which the organization has always provided.

I have been an employee of Rishabh Software since Mar 2019. The environment of the workplace is very positive and that just fills me with energy to work my best every day. I initially joined Rishabh’s recruitment team and after sometime moved into the account management role because I wanted to learn & experience the client facing challenges. The idea was welcomed by the management and the transition was effortlessly done.

My journey started with Rishabh in the Talent Acquisition division in Aug 2017 and has been awesome. I learnt many new things and got good growth opportunities. I always had an aspiration to get the exposure of Core HR and Rishabh provided me the opportunity and now I am also engaged with HRBP activities. During my journey I have got various appreciations from my managers which always boosted me to achieve more. I am really proud to work with such a great team. 

In my 8 years of journey with Rishabh, I have always been “stress-free”. I started as a webmaster and currently leading team of SEO specialists. The management is open-minded and listens to my ideas & concerns. The culture here is cool and helps me maintain a very good work-life balance, which is the most important aspect for me.

I am associated with Rishabh since Sept 2019 and the best part of being part of this organization is to be amidst some of the best intellectuals from IT industry. There is tremendous energy and enthusiasm that you feel here, which helps you personally and professionally to enhance your potential.

I started my relationship with Rishabh right after my graduation back in Oct 2003 as Software Developer. Right from the start, the best part being of this place has been the open & transparent work environment. Seniors are friendly & helpful and the management is always approachable. From my 17 years of stay, I can say that Rishabh is a place where you can grow and nurture your skills and can have the right career path.

I am working with Rishabh for more than 12 years now. I joined as Sr. Executive-Accounts and now lead the Finance & Accounts function for the organization. The growth opportunities here are tremendous and one can find many such success stories in the organization.
